AN ENVIRONMENTALLY-AWARE COMPANY
Compact laminate is an environmentally-friendly material. By opting for furniture made of compact laminate, you will support sustainable development. Our products are the ideal response to issues of deforestation, for example, in particular thanks to paper recycling. The strength of the products and the quality of our treatments and coating produce long-lasting furniture that fits in perfectly with your landscape.
STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL AND ALUMINIUM... CUSTOMISE YOUR MATERIALS AND COLOURS
The treatments and coatings that we apply to the metal parts of our furniture guarantee that they are resistant to the elements and well protected against corrosion.
All the parts are shaped before applying a RAL colour. This means that the structures are well protected, while you still have a wide selection of colours. All our raw materials meet European standards.
We offer a broad selection of colours that fit in perfectly with your environment, no matter where the furniture is installed.
PolyZinc treatment,
A leading-edge technique
We tested and passed the PolyZinc treatment as part of our collaboration with our partners and our continuous technology watch, which enables us to adapt our production techniques to new, tried and tested technical solutions.
The zinc-rich powders allow for a technique that offers a number of advantages, compared with metallisation.
After a shot-peening type treatment, the zinc powder is applied using conventional equipment for powder paint. After curing, the zinc coating is ready to be covered with the finish. The zinc powder was developed to adhere perfectly with polyester powder paints.
These paints form a system offering top anti-corrosion and mechanical performance, while forming the ideal combination to withstand the elements and UV rays. The polyester finishing powder offers a broad selection of colours to meet your needs and preferences.
Cataphoresis, the benchmark treatment in the automotive industry, or hot galvanisation are preferred to any other means of protection, for their mechanical and chemical properties.
This type of surface treatment protects your steel equipment against corrosion, while producing a modern, metallic surface.
